Documents for customs clearance at Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone

     A paperless system is now in use for exporting products by air freight in order to facilitate and promote the capacity to compete in global trade. Those who wish to perform custom clearance by the paperless system at Suvarnabhumi Airport Customs must register beforehand.

There are four streams in which to submit an Export Declaration:

  1. Exporters submit the Export Declaration themselves;
  2. Customs broker submits Export Declaration on behalf of exporter;
  3. Exporters contact counter services at food center building BC-2 & P2 and building AO 1-4 to submit Export Declaration and freight invoice;
  4. Exporters contact customs officers at Customs Service 2.1 section 2, building CE 1st floor to submit the documents. 

     Exporters must prepare details of the Export Declaration, ID card or passport, and pay the fee.

Required documents

  1. Two copies of Export Declaration with signature or signature of attorney-in-fact;
  2. Tax invoice;
  3. Air waybill;
  4. Packing list (if available);
  5. Set of product details in Export Declaration and Goods Transition form. 

      Exporters must submit Export Declaration and Goods Transition form at the same time before loading. The document number of the Goods Transition form must be the same number shown in the Export Declaration. All documents must be submitted 6 hours prior to departure time.
