Customs Clearance for Exportation: Goods that must be approved by other departments

     Exportation by air is processed via e-Export (paperless system) to facilitate exports and increase Thailand’s capacity in global trade. Those who wish to export via e-Export must register with Thai Customs at Suvarnabhumi Airport. If goods require approval from other departments, please follow these steps.

     1. If the Export Declaration is stamped “No inspection” (Green Line), exporters take related documents – such as tax exemption, license, registration form, and consent form with legal approval – along with the goods and then submit them to the officers at Customs Service Area 2 on the day of performing Customs clearance or within 15 days from the approval date of the Export Declaration. Any delay will be considered a violation of the rules;
     2. In cases in which the Export Declaration is stamped “Inspection” (Red Line), exporters take the tax exemption, license, registration form, and the consent form with legal approval along with the goods and submit them to the Customs officer for inspection.
