Customs Clearance for Exportation: Revising documents

     Exportation by air is processed via e-Export (paperless system) to facilitate exports and increase Thailand’s capacity in global trade. Persons who wish to export via e-Export must register with Thai Customs at Suvarnabhumi Airport. If there is any information that needs to be revised, please follow these steps

     1. In case of “short packing”:
          1.1 Exporters resubmit data on the system about remaining goods, and ensure actual number of exported cartons without any penalty within 10 days starting from the approval date of Export Declaration;
          1.2 If exporters wish to revise data after 10 days from the approval date: (a) in cases in which the Export Declaration was stamped “No inspection” (Green Line), please take the revised form to Customs Service Area 2 (1st floor, building CE); (b) in cases in which the Export Declaration was stamped “Inspection” (Red Line), please submit the revised form to the officer who approved the Export Declaration at Customs service. Any penalty would be considered at that point.
     2. In cases of return or cancellation, exporters have to submit a return or cancellation form in accordance with Customs Notification no. 134/2561 in order to revise the Export Declaration;
     3. In cases of revising other details in the Export Declaration after the approval date, please submit a form at Customs Service Area 2 (building CE);
     4. In cases of revising airline, flight date, export date, or air waybill number, the exporters or customs brokers must prepare a request form in accordance with Customs Notification no. 134/2561.
