Exportation by air is processed via e-Export (paperless system) to facilitate exports and increase Thailand’s capacity in global trade. Those who wish to export via e-Export must register with Thai Customs at Suvarnabhumi Airport.
The procedures are as follows:
Exporters who do not have a Customs broker to perform Customs clearance should register themselves at any Customs service office, which are located all over Thailand, to get a license. If exporters wish to register at the Free Zone Area in Suvarnabhumi Airport, they should contact the General Administration Division on the 2nd floor, Suvarnabhumi Airport Cargo Clearance Customs Office (BC-1) on tel. 0 2134 1236.
Required documents for registration
In the case of a juristic person or person who pays VAT:
1) Photocopy of partnership registration (issuing date is not over 3 months prior);
2) Photocopy of taxpayer card or VAT Registration Certificate (ภ.พ. 20 or ภ.พ. 09 form);
3) Bank statement or company’s savings account passbook (if available);
4) Photocopy or original certificate of company seal or the transaction for registering the establishment certificate, in case a certificate requires a company stamp;
5) ID card or passport of authorized person;
6) Apply with Form no. 1, in accordance with Thai Customs Declaration 61/2561 and 64/2561, issued 27 February B.E. 2561.
In the case of an ordinary person applying:
1) ID card or passport;
2) Use Form no. 1-1, in accordance with Thai Customs Declaration 2 61/2561 and 64/2561, issued 27 February B.E. 2561. The form can be downloaded from www.customs.go.th
