Accommodate foreigners who come for public health services in the country.

          Thailand has prepared the facilitation measures to accommodate foreigners who come for public health services in the country as follows.

1. Extension of stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for a total of 90 days for patients and their accompanying persons for a total of 4 persons from GCC countries (United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Sultanate of Oman Kingdom of Bahrain and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), CLMV countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) and the People’s Republic of China who travel to Thailand to receive medical treatment.

2. Extension of stay in the Kingdom of Thailand for Long Stay Visa. This extension will be applied to 14 target countries consisting of Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, England, France, Finland, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, the United States, Japan and Canada, from 1 year to 10 years, with the first extension of 5 years and the second extension of 5 years, totaling 10 years under the conditions set by Thai government.
