Requesting assistance from the Justice Fund for temporary release of alleged offender or defendant

     The primary mission of the Office of the Justice Fund is to receive appeals for aid from indigent and afflicted individuals who need help supporting their expenses. In the case of a request for temporary release of an alleged offender or defendant, the Fund Office will assume the role of a bail bondsman by furnishing the bail to the alleged offender or defendant.

Requesting assistance from the Justice Fund for temporary release of alleged offender or defendant, required documents are as follows:

1. Copy of identification card (ID card)/ state official identification;
2. Copy of house registration (Tabian Baan);
3. Copy of certificate of name-surname change (if any);
4. Power of attorney (if any) and stamp duty 30 Baht;
5. Copy of case documents;

      • Copy of arrest record;
      • Copy of remand request;
      • Copy of court judgment of first instance/ military court;
      • Copy of trial proceeding memorandum (court appointment document) (if any);
      • Copy of allegation record;
      • Copy of records of testimony;
      • Copy of complaint, appeal, and Dika appeal.

     6. Income certificate of the applicant;
     7. Certificate of conduct of the applicant;
     8. Proof of income documents, expenses, obligations.
