Requesting assistance from the Justice Fund to aid citizens being prosecuted

     The Office of the Justice Fund has the primary mission of considering supporting expenses, upon receiving appeals for aid from indigent and afflicted individuals. One of these missions is to aid in the expenses of citizens under prosecution, such as lawyer's fees, court fees, and other costs, such as accommodation and travel expenses.

Requesting assistance from the Justice Fund to assist citizens under prosecution, the required documents are as follows: 

  1. Copy of identification card (ID card)/ state official identification;
  2. Copy of house registration (Tabian Baan);
  3. Copy of certificate of name-surname change (if any);
  4. Power of attorney (if any);
  5. Copy of contract;
  6. Copy of land right document;
  7. Copy of case documents;
  8. Income certificate of the applicant;
  9. Proof of documents for expenses;
  10. State Welfare Card (if any).
