OSS (One-Stop Service): Empowering Full Disability Benefits—Where No One Is Left Behind

Good news for people with disabilities nationwide!
The Thai government has launched the One Stop Service (OSS) project—a comprehensive system that centralizes welfare rights for people with disabilities at a centralized location to make accessing welfare rights easier and more convenient.

It also uses a digital system for registering disability ID cards. The OSS project streamlines disability ID card registration, allowing for electronic assessment and swift issuance of disability certification documents. Furthermore, it seamlessly links the disability ID card system with disability benefits applications, significantly expediting the process.

Additionally, the ‘30 Baht Universal Healthcare with One ID Card’ project invites clinics and pharmacies to participate. The aim is to have 5,000 participating clinics and pharmacies by 2025. This initiative ensures comprehensive medical services for people with disabilities and the general public.

Participating pharmacies undergo certification by the Pharmacy Council, guaranteeing high-quality care.

The OSS and ‘30 Baht Universal Healthcare with One ID Card’ initiatives aim to enhance accessibility for people with disabilities and all citizens. By doing so, we strive to promote equality, reduce disparities, and improve the overall quality of life in Thai society.
