If you lose your passport, you may apply for an emergency travel document while you haven't got your passport, and if there is no embassy of your country located in Thailand, you should contact the Office of Visas and Foreigners Travel Documents, 3rd Floor, Department of Consular Affairs, Government Complex, Chaengwattana, to request the issuance of an Emergency Certificate (EC).
