Excise tax exemption for "Imported goods that are exempt from import duty," under the Excise Tax Act B.E. 2560, has been set with the rules regarding tax benefits.
Any person wishing to take human corpses or ashes out of Thailand must prepare documents to be submitted for consideration of export customs formalities.
In the case of a vehicle importer being required to re-export a vehicle within the time-limit as set out in the bond and security paper but failing to do so, Customs will impose the full amount of duty without any reduction.
