Applying for an online juristic person registration (e-Registration) yourself

     At present, the service of applying for the establishment of a partnership or company through the electronic juristic person registration system (e-Registration) enhances the convenience of the sector. It is now possible for entrepreneurs to apply for registration following a few steps. The procedure is set out below.

1. Login via e-Registration on the website of the Department of Business Development (www.dbd.go.th), using your username and password;

2. Fill out the registration in the system and attach the required documents in the system, to enable the registrar to check the accuracy and completeness of the information;

3. Check the registrar's consideration, comments, and recommendations through the system or electronic mail as specified;

4. All operators sign the application and documents via the system using the username and password received and the one-time password (OTP) that the system sends via the operator's mobile phone;

5. Pay the registration fee, stamp duty, and other expenses (if any) through one of the following channels:

  5.1. Pay-in slip, electronic juristic person registration (e-Registration);

  5.2. Payment via debit card or credit card of a bank.

6. Receive registration-related documents, which the Department of Business Development will send in electronic files by email or by Priority Mail (EMS), as the case warrants.
