Documents Required for Certification of the Production System of Frozen Fruit and Vegetable Manufacturing Plants, and Agricultural Product Processing Plants for Issuing Phytosanitary Certificates

      1. National Identification Card (Original Copy)
      2. House Registration Document (Original Copy)
      3. Corporate Certification Document (Original Copy)

     Document details: Must be issued within the last 6 months from the date of application. The original corporate certification document must be provided on the day of application. All copies must be certified. The document should include the purpose of the corporation, accompanied by the corporation's regulations, list of partners/managers, business registration certificate (if available), and Value Added Tax (VAT) registration (VAT form 20) (if available).

      5. Factory Location Map (Original Copy)
      6. Details of the Production Process in Accordance with Factory Quality Control and Hygiene (Original Copy)
      7. Details of the Production Standard e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO, depending on the type of product manufactured (Original Copy)
      8. Power of Attorney letter (Original Copy)

     Document details: Include a copy of the National Identification Card with stamps as per the legal requirement. All copies must be certified. Attach a copy of the National Identification Card of the person granting the power.

     Fees and Charges:

  1. Transportation fees for officials as per Section 16 of the 1964 Plant Quarantine Act, and its amendments in the 1999 Plant Quarantine Act (No. 2). The actual and necessary expenses are to be paid (actual amount).
  2. Fees for officials working on official holidays, outside official hours, or outside official premises. As per the Ministry's 2010 regulation on fee and compensation, the details are as follows:
    • On an official holiday, outside official premises: For the first hour, a fee of 150 Baht per person is charged, and 50 Baht per person for each subsequent hour.
    • Outside official hours, outside official premises: For the first hour, a fee of 150 Baht per person is charged, and 50 Baht per person for each subsequent hour.
    • Outside official premises, during official hours: For the first hour, a fee of 120 Baht per person is charged, and 40 Baht per person for each subsequent hour.
