The Documents required for issuing the certificate for exporting imported marine ornamental fish (Por. Thor. 2) are as follows.
Identification card (in case of submitting the request in person)
Identification card (in case of submitting the request in person)
Identification card of the authorized director of the company (in the case of delegation of power of attorney) Copy of house registration (Thor. Ror. 14) of the authorized director of the company (in the case of delegation of power of attorney)
Certificate of affidavit, issued within 6 months from the date of application. The applicant shall bring the original the certificate of affidavit on the date of application. All copied documents shall be certified together with the objectives of the juristic person and the articles of association.
Application for the certificate for exporting exported marine ornamental fish (Por. Thor. 1)
Letter for approval to bring certain aquatic species into the Kingdom
Report on the import of aquatic animals into the Kingdom
Permit to bring aquatic animals into the Kingdom (Ror. 7)
Power of Attorney with stamp tax of 10 baht/time or 30 baht/year. All copied documents shall be certified, including
the copy of identification card of the authorized person.
