Food connoisseurs should not miss the six Thai restaurants that have made it onto the list of the Top 100 Best Restaurants in the World.
The global restaurant ranking organization, The World's 50 Best Restaurants, announced the results of the 50 best restaurants globally at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 awards ceremony, and published the results on theworlds50best.com website. Two Thai restaurants secured spots among the top 50, namely Le Du, which is ranked 15th, and Gaggan Anand, which is ranked 17th.
This year's number one restaurant in the world is Central in Lima, Peru.
Additionally, the website announced the best restaurants in the world ranked 51-100, featuring four more Thai restaurants. These include Sorn, ranked 56th, Sühring, ranked 72nd, Nusara, ranked 74th, and Potong, ranked 88th.
These rankings result from independent voting by over 1,080 experts in the food industry, including renowned international chefs, food writers and critics, as well as experienced gourmands.
