Unveiling 5 Rising Designers Awarded Scholarships from Jaspal Group

Jaspal Group has unveiled five rising stars in the fashion industry who have been awarded scholarships through the Jaspal Group Scholarship Program 2024. These young talents not only showcased exceptional design skills but also received an exclusive opportunity to intern with Jaspal Group's leading fashion brands before presenting their work on the runway later this year!

This year, the Jaspal Group Scholarship Program 2024 attracted university students from across the country. The five emerging designers who won the scholarships are:

  • Nichapat Kaewthamrong from the College of Creative Industry, majoring in Fashion and Textile Design at Srinakharinwirot University. Nichapat presented designs that blend creativity with professionalism to meet the current fashion market's demands.
  • Khwankaow Phanpithayut from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, majoring in Fashion and Textile Design at Chulalongkorn University. Khwankaow interpreted and developed trends from WGSN, demonstrating a profound understanding of the fashion industry's direction.
  • Piyabut Waleekiatkul from the College of Creative Industry, majoring in Fashion and Textile Design at Srinakharinwirot University. Piyabut created a collection under the concept of "Sustainability," focusing on eco-friendly designs that use natural materials and cater to environmentally conscious consumers.
  • Chatchai Sripuempun from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, majoring in Fashion and Textile Design at Chulalongkorn University. Chatchai demonstrated a fearless approach to challenging himself with unique creations, excelling in both design and commercial development.
  • Mai Pruksakitjaroen from the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, majoring in Fashion Design at Thammasat University. Mai expressed the beauty of the Aganisia Cyanea Orchid in designs that reflect the uniqueness and distinctiveness of the new generation.

These five recipients not only received scholarships worth 100,000 THB but also gained the chance to intern with professional designers from Jaspal Group brands such as CPS CHAPS, Lyn, and Jaspal. They will learn and enhance their skills through real work experience and have the opportunity to earn an additional 150,000 THB scholarship by creating a final collection for the ultimate fashion show.
