In the seminar "Thailand and Creative ASEAN" held on September 16, 2024, there were two significant points of interest:

1. Potential of Thailand and ASEAN in the Creative Economy: Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the potential of Thailand and ASEAN in the creative economy, which promotes job creation and income for people by expanding market opportunities both domestically and internationally. The government is fully prepared to support and cooperate with the private sector in this area.
2. International Cooperation and Intellectual Property Protection: There was a discussion featuring speakers from both domestic and international backgrounds highlighting the importance of strengthening cooperation within the ASEAN region, particularly in promoting and protecting intellectual property, technology exchange, and enhancing capabilities across all sectors. Representatives from various countries, including Indonesia, China, South Korea, and international organizations like UNESCO and WIPO participated in the event.

This event showcased the existing potential of the creative economy in the ASEAN region and underscored the importance of collaboration between public and private sectors, as well as intellectual property protection to foster future growth.
