The SUPPORT Foundation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, invites the general public to attend the Khon performance by the Foundation in the episode "Prachakrawatara" from November 7 to December 8, 2024, at the Main Auditorium of the Thailand Cultural Centre. For 2024, this performance celebrates two auspicious occasions for the Thai people, especially in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, on her 92nd birthday. This performance ,therefore continues Her Majesty's royal wish to preserve and promote the invaluable Thai arts and culture.
The Khon performance by the Foundation in the episode "Prachakrawatara" tells the exciting story of Prachakra, or Narayana, who incarnates as Prince Rama to vanquish evil forces. This is portrayed through beautiful dance movements, melodious Thai music, and spectacular newly created scenes, with contributions from many National Artists.
Tickets are now available at all Thai Ticket Major branches. Ticket prices are 2,000, 1,800, 1,000, 800, and 600 baht (Student show tickets are 180 baht).
