Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with the Embassy of Finland in Thailand, organized a special lecture titled “The School of the Future and Its Success Factors" aimed to foster an exchange of perspectives on the future of education and to support ongoing discussions on enhancing Thailand’s educational development.
The keynote session was delivered by Mr. Anders Adrecruetz, Minister of Education, Republic of Finland under the topic “The Future of Schooling: Shared Pathways to Success.” His lecture highlighted Finland’s vision for future-ready schooling, the importance of adaptive learning systems, and the shared responsibility of educators, policymakers, and communities in preparing students for a rapidly changing world.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yotsawee Saifah, Dean of the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University and Dr. Siripan Chumnum as representative from the Ministry of Education. Their participation underscored the strong multi-sector collaboration required for advancing national education reform.
For the cooperation between the Faculty of Education and the Embassy of Finland reflects a shared commitment to strengthening high-quality education in both countries. Finland’s globally recognized education model offers valuable insight for improving policy design, teaching practices, and school management across Thailand.
