DPT Launches “DPT Town Square” Digital Platform Integrating 16 Public Services under One Stop Service Model

The Department of Public Works and Town and Country Planning has officially launched DPT Town Square, a centralized digital platform integrating 16 public services to enhance convenience, efficiency, and transparency for citizens through a One Stop Service approach.

Mr. Pongnara Yenying(นายพงษ์นรา เย็นยิ่ง), Director General of the Department of Public Works and Town and Country Planning, said the platform represents a key step in advancing digital government services in response to rapid technological change. The department has focused on integrating systems and databases, improving operational processes, and ensuring that public services are accessible and aligned with the needs of citizens in the digital era.

DPT Town Square brings together services across the department’s four core missions, covering town planning, building control, engineering services, and urban development. Citizens can access key services such as land use and town planning information, building permit applications, engineering and technical data, and participation in urban development and land readjustment programs through a single digital platform.

In addition, the platform provides supporting functions including access to laws and regulations, online inquiries through chatbot and live chat systems, public feedback and complaint submission, online payment services, and real time service status tracking. The platform is now available at townsquare.dpt.go.th and through mobile applications on both iOS and Android, reinforcing the department’s commitment to delivering modern, transparent, and citizen centered public services.
