Those wishing to request a plant inspection and/or control off-site pest control services to obtain a plant health certificate need to prepare the following documents for processing:
- Citizen Identification Card (Original copy)
- Passport (For the first application or when there is a change in the documents)
- Request for the Plant Health Certificate according to the Plant Quarantine Act, B.E. 2507 and its amendments (Form PQ.7) (Original copy), found here.
- The Plant List attached to the Application for the Plant Health Certificate Form PQ.7.1 (Original copy), found here.
- The Attachments to the Application for the Plant Health Certificate Form PQ.7.2 (Original copy), found here.
- User Registration Form for the System (Original copy)
- Power of Attorney letter (Original copy)
- Copy of the Citizen Identification Card of the appointed person (with a verification signature)
- Copy of the Citizen Identification Card of the authorized person (with a verification signature)
Procedures for Requesting Plant Inspection and/or Off-site Pest Control Services to Obtain a Plant Health Certificate
- Submit the request form for the Plant Health Certificate according to the 1964 Plant Quarantine Act and its amendments (Form Por Kor 7) along with all required accompanying documents.
- The officer checks the documents.
- The officer travels to inspect the plants and/or control the pest eradication.
- The officer prepares a performance report and notifies the applicant of the results.
- Pay the service fee and receive the Plant Health Certificate at the Export Agricultural Product Service Group or the Plant Inspection Checkpoint.
- Pay the officer's vehicle fee.
Service fees:
- Officer's vehicle fee
- (According to Article 16 of the 1964 Plant Quarantine Act and its amendments by the 1999 Plant Quarantine Act (No. 2), it can be charged as necessary and actual cost)
- Officer's overtime fee for working on government holidays, outside of government hours, or outside the government place on government holidays or outside the government place, the first hour is 150 baht per person, and the subsequent hours are 50 baht per person.
- Outside of government hours, outside the government place, the first hour is 150 baht per person, and the subsequent hours are 50 baht per person.
- Outside the government place during government hours, the first hour is 120 baht per person, and the subsequent hours are 40 baht per person.
