The applicants seeking to obtain a permit for importing concentrated hazardous substance samples for the purpose of production and formulation into finished products must adhere to the announcements by the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
These include the registration, issuance of certificates, and renewal of certificates of hazardous substances under the responsibility of the Department of Agricultural Extension, as stipulated by the 2008 regulations, and the announcement of the Department of Agricultural Extension specifying the details, standards, and methods of registration, issuance, and renewal of certificates of hazardous substances for which the Department of Agricultural Extension is responsible, as stipulated by the 2009 regulations, as well as the announcement specifying the concentration rate in each formula of registered hazardous substances.
