For a person to be granted import-export or transit permits for species of wild animals that are non-conserved wild animals, the required documents and evidence that need to be prepared to proceed are as follows:
National ID card;
National ID card of the authorized company signatory;
In the case of a juristic person, a certification of a juristic person issued not more than 6 months before the permit application date. The original certification of a juristic person must be presented on the day of application, along with true certified copies of all documents, including the purpose of the juristic person and its bylaws;
Permit for importing, exporting, or transiting other species of wild animals (Species) that are not conserved or protected wild animals and are not listed in the CITES Appendix (Sor Por 6). If the official requires a copy, a photocopy of the document will be taken from the original;
Application for import or export license (Sor Por 4) or for permission to transport, as provided in Sections 23 or 24 of the Wild Animal Conservation and Protection Act, B.E. 2535 (1992);
Evidence of the legal acquisition of aquatic animals, or evidence of receipt of goods; if the official requires a copy, a photocopy of the document will be taken from the original;
The application for the permit incurs a fee of 300 baht.
