Thailand Wins Two PATA Gold Awards 2026 in Tourism Campaign and Tourism Photo

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) received two PATA Gold Awards 2026 for its destination marketing and tourism communications at PATA Travel Mart 2026 in Sarawak, Malaysia, on August 18.

The director of TAT’s Advertising and Public Relations Production Division accepted the honors during the PATA Gold Awards Gala Dinner at the Pullman Kuching Hotel.

TAT’s Sawasdee Thailand guidebook received the Printed Marketing Campaign (Destination) Award. The publication uses the familiar Thai greeting "Sawasdee" to introduce travelers to the country and its tourism experiences.

A photograph titled Behind the Falls, featuring Haew Suwat Waterfall in Khao Yai National Park, Nakhon Ratchasima province, received the Travel Photography Award. The image presents the waterfall and surrounding landscape during Thailand’s Green Season.
