Anyone who loves trail running shout not miss the 3rd Khao Eto Trail event held between 7 - 8 January 2023 at the Khao Eto Waterfall Recreational Forest - Muang Doem Forest, Muang District, Prachin Buri Province.
The event on 7 January will be held between 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM, consisting of receiving bibs, timekeeping chips and shirts. The route will be explained to runners during 04:00 PM – 05:00PM. The event on 8 January starts at 4:20 AM. The runners enter the event area, the host announces the schedule and details of the event on stage and warm up for the runners. 26k runners check-in in front of the starting line at 5:00 AM and are released at 5:10 AM. 17k runners check-in in front of the starting line at 5:30 AM and are released at 5:35 AM. 7k runners check-in in front of the starting line at 6:00 AM and are released at 9:00 AM. The results are announced and an award ceremony is held at 12:00 PM and the competition is closed.
Trail running, however, is an adventure in nature on uneven surfaces, slopes, challenges and difficulties such as mountains, wide fields. or according to the terrain of the venue
For the highlights in this event, as it is an ecotourism destination and also a health tourist attraction of Prachin Buri Province, during the run you will see the beauty of nature such as Khao Eto Waterfall, Hin Ngam Forest, Khao Ito Reservoir, and Pha Hin Son, Phai Khao Lam Waterfall, Krai Thong Waterfall, Khao Eto View Point, Noen Phishwong, and Phra Phuttha Warawadi Si Prachin Sirindhorn Lokkanat, depending on the running distance.
