Guidelines and projects to develop systems and enhance the capacity of mechanisms for driving and promoting morality in accordance with the National Moral Promotion Action Plan Phase II 

    In order to develop systems and mechanisms that promote and drive morality in all sectors, the National Moral Promotion Action Plan Phase II (2023-2027), was established as the primary mechanism to stimulate or create motivation for all sectors to participate in promoting morality under the leadership of government agencies and in collaboration with the network sector, to create benefits for the overall society by using morality to solve problems and develop society. The targets and indicators that have been set are detailed below.

     Development Guideline 1: Promote ethics and morality at all ages by applying innovation suitable for the Thai social context.

     Project Set:

     - Project set for developing social credit systems as a tool for promoting morality in Thai society (responsible agency: Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and related agencies).

     Development Guideline 2: Create a moral network mechanism and related support systems.

     Project Set:

     - Project set for developing and enhancing the capabilities of mechanisms to promote and drive morality in the context of new ways of life (responsible agency: Ministry of Social Development and Human Security);

     - Project set for developing human resource potential to drive moral provinces towards achieving their goals (responsible agencies: Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Culture/related agencies).

     Development Guideline 3: Develop mechanisms for government agencies to promote morality following the principles of religious morality, the sufficiency economy philosophy, and good Thai culture.

     Project Set:

     - Project set for promoting morality based on the principles of religious morality, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, and good Thai culture in both central and regional government agencies to a moral organization (responsible agency: Office of the Public Sector Development Commission);

     - Project set for promoting ethics based on the principles of religious morality, the sufficiency economy philosophy, and good Thai culture in local government organizations to a moral organization (responsible agency: Ministry of the Interior).

     Development Guideline 4: Strengthen the network by exchanging information and learning about promoting morality.

     Project Set:

     - Project set for moral assembly, moral market, goodness market (responsible agencies: Ministry of Culture and Ministry of the Interior).
