Criteria for Permitting Job Dispatch Overseas According to the Technical Training and Practice Program - Application Submitted to the Thai Labor Administration Department, Department of Employment (Jor Tor 3 - Japan (Internship))

The criteria and conditions for permitting job dispatch overseas under the technical training and practice program, when submitting an application to the Thai Labor Administration Department, Department of Employment (Jor Tor 3 - Japan (Internship)) are as follows:

  1. The permit holder for overseas job dispatch under the technical training and practice program must be eligible and not prohibited by law, have no employment registration penalties, and the permit recipient must have been granted permission from the Department of Employment to act as a dispatch organization.
  2. The application and permission for overseas job dispatch under the technical training and practice program are to be submitted at the Thai Labor Administration Department, Department of Employment. If the office is located in Bangkok, in case the permit recipient's office is located in another province, the application must be submitted at the Employment Office of the province where the permit recipient's office is located or at the Thai Labor Administration Department, Department of Employment.
  3. The permit recipient can charge or receive service fees from job seekers sent to work overseas under this technical training and practice program, not exceeding the monthly wage or compensation that the job seeker will receive from the accepting organization in the first month or in the first 30-day working period and can claim or receive dispatch expenses only at the actual amount paid but not exceeding 2 months of monthly compensation.

     The operational steps according to the manual start from the point when officials have verified that the documents are complete as specified in the public service manual. In case the application or supporting documents are incomplete and/or defective, causing the inability to consider, the officer will prepare a record of document deficiencies or documents that need to be submitted additionally. The applicant must correct and/or submit additional documents within the period specified in such record, otherwise, it will be considered that the applicant has abandoned the application by the officer, and the applicant or the authorized signatory will sign such record and will be given a copy of such record as evidence. The result of the consideration will be notified to the applicant within 7 days from the date of completion of consideration. There is an application fee of 10 baht.
