Dependents of foreigners, who wish to accompany a family member who works or lives in Thailand, either as husband, wife, or child, must apply for a valid permit by submitting an application. Applying for an extension of stay requires several documents, as follows:
1. TM.7 form with one photo size 4 x 6 cm;
2. Copy of the applicant's passport;
3. Copy of the passport of the foreigner who holds a residence permit;
4. Copy of proof of relationship, such as marriage registration, a copy of birth certificate, registration of legitimation of child, a copy of house registration, adoption registration certificate, or other documents from government or related agencies.
