Foreign workers who come to work in Thailand must undergo a medical examination and take out health insurance before being registered. The Ministry of Public Health has set the expenses for medical examination and health insurance for migrant workers and their dependents as follows:

Foreign workers and their dependents aged over 7 years but not over 18 years old
Three months coverage health insurance is only for those insured under the Social Security Act, with pending rights.
