Due to this problem in Thailand, the Office of the National Cybersecurity Committee, Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, has been established to be responsible for the work according to the Cybersecurity Act 2019 in coordinating the operations of the public and private sectors in general situations or situations that pose a serious threat to security, which will effectively prevent and respond to cyber threats.
Initially, the criteria for evaluating cyber threats are set at any level, consisting of 4 factors as follows:
1. Impacts on equipment or work systems
2. Impacts information in the system
3. Trends in system recovery
4. Impacts on customers or service users
