Application for staying in Thailand in the case of teachers wishing to continue working in Thailand

          Teachers or lecturers or professionals in public educational institutions wishing to apply for a work permit extension may apply as follows: 

Requirements
1. They must hold a Non-Immigrant Visa;
2. The request must be approved and supported by the educational institution. 

Required documents
1. TM.7 Form;
2. Copy of the applicant's passport;
3. Copy of the work permit;
4. Confirmation letter from the educational institution stating the position, salary rate, and duration of employment;
5. Copy of the professional teaching license, or copy of the certificate from the Teachers Council of Thailand, or copy of the letter of waiver from the Teachers Council of Thailand, or copy of the letter requesting a waiver from the Teachers Council of Thailand (except teachers or lecturers or professionals in higher education).
