Application to replace a residence certificate (TM.17) in case of loss

        Application may be made for a replacement for a Residence Certificate (TM.17) in case of loss. Supporting documents are required and must be submitted according to the procedures. The processing time is within 2 working days.

Required documents

1. TM.20 form;
2. Passport or document used in lieu of a passport;
3. Valid alien certificate (renewed and attached with a photo not older than 5 years and address on the alien certificate corresponding to the household registration);

4. Current house registration (original) with a copy of the house number page and the name of the applying foreigner;
5. Work permit with a copy of the first page and the renewal page (if any);
6. Police report (in case of loss in the country);
7. ID card (witness) with a copy;
8. Four half-body photos with straight face and without a hat, size 4×6 cm (taken within 6 months; Polaroid photos will not be accepted);
9. 1,900 baht fee.

Procedures 

        All documents must be submitted to Sub-Division 1 (Residence Certificate Division), Immigration Division 1, within 6 working days.
