Thailand is a country that is open to education and needs to develop the educational potential of young people to be able to learn and compete in the labor market in the future. One of the factors that enable learning without limits is language learning with foreigners, including some subjects in which foreigners are teachers; therefore, many foreign professionals want to apply for a visa change to become a teacher, which can be done by submitting the following documents:
- TM.86, only for foreigners who have a Tourist Visa or Transit Visa, to change the type of visa, or TM.87 form, only for foreigners who do not have a visa but are allowed to stay in the Kingdom, and P.30, PP.30, and PP.90 to apply for a visa;
- Copy of passport (such as personal information page, entry stamp, residence permit stamp (if any)), and departure card (TM.6);
- 1 4X6 cm or 2-inch photo;
- Fee of 2,000 baht;
- Performing duties as a teacher or lecturer in public educational institutions
5.1 Certificate of obtaining or requesting to change the type of visa from the dean of a higher education institution or from a director of an institution lower than higher education (to Immigration Office Commander, with date/month/year submitting the request);
5.2 Certificate of request to change the type of visa from a departmental government agency under the Ministry of Education or an educational service area office or a letter from a district office at a lower level than higher education (to Immigration Office Commander, with date/month/year submitting the request);
5.3 Employment certificate form (according to the form of the Department of Employment);
5.4 A copy of the employment contract (start the employment contract in the month that the application is submitted);
5.5 Educational qualifications at bachelor's degree level or higher (must be translated into English and certified by the foreigner's embassy in Thailand or abroad and the Legal Affairs Division, Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thailand), transcripts and proof of English proficiency (TOEIC scores). [I’ve made it like 6.6Q]
- Performing duties as a teacher or lecturer in a private educational institution

6.2 Certificate of obtaining or requesting to change the type of visa from a departmental government agency under the Ministry of Education or an educational service area office or a letter from a district office at a lower level than higher education (to Immigration Office Commander, with date/month/year submitting the request);
6.3 Certificate of obtaining or requesting to change the type of visa from the international school's licensee (to Immigration Office Commander, with date/month/year submitting the request);
6.4 Employment certificate (according to the form of the Department of Employment);
6.5 A copy of the employment contract (start the employment contract in the month that the application is submitted);
6.6 Educational qualifications at the bachelor's degree level or higher (must be translated into English and certified by the embassy of the foreigner in Thailand or abroad, and Legal Affairs Division, Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Thailand), transcripts and proof of English proficiency (TOEIC scores);
6.7 A copy of the license to establish an educational institution;
6.8 A copy of the license to be an administrator, manager, principal or director of an educational institution. However, permission is granted for no more than 90 days, [? Does this mean they can work or teach only 90 days? Can they renew several times?] with a remaining period of more than 15 days. If the foreigner is overstaying their visa, an application cannot be filed
