Developing water transportation by accelerating the development of the port Both large ports and deep sea ports, such as the development of Laem Chabang Port Phase 3 to accommodate the increasing demand for international sea freight in the future. The construction of a deep sea pier and other facilities will be undertaken.          In terms of rail transport, there is an eastern high-speed train, the high-speed train links between the 3 airports, which once completed will be able to connect CLMV countries (Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam) with China, Malaysia, Singapore, and also links to other regions around the world. The link between three airports will be linked to the Thai-Chinese high-speed railway and the upcoming Southern Thai high-speed railway.

There is also an feasibility study of developing a rail system by building a railway network to cover and link the area throughout the country, supporting both travel and seamless continuous transport (R-Map), whether it is the development and improvement of the existing railway network, construct a dual-track railway and new route, as well as the development of signaling and telecommunication systems.
