In case an overseas employment agency license holder wishes to relocate their office outside the province specified in the license, they must submit a request as per form Jor Ngor 13 to the local employment registrar where their licensed office is located for permission to relocate, before making any changes with the Ministry of Commerce.
The procedure according to the citizen service manual starts once the officers have verified that all the required documents listed in the manual are complete. If the request or evidence is incomplete or deficient, making it impossible to consider, the officer will compile a record of the document or evidence deficiencies that need to be supplemented. The applicant must correct and/or submit additional documents within the period specified in the record. If they fail to do so, it will be considered that the applicant has abandoned the request by the officer and the applicant or authorized signatory will sign the record, of which a copy will be given to the applicant or the authorized signatory as evidence. The result of the consideration will be notified to the applicant within 7 days after the completion of the consideration.
