COP30 in Belém, Brazil, emphasizing the country’s readiness to lead the transition toward sustainable, low-carbon energy systems. The organization highlighted pathways to achieving Net Zero emissions through advanced energy solutions and climate-responsive urban development.
Throughout the conference, EGAT engaged in dialogues focused on accelerating climate action through public-private cooperation and green investment. At the Thailand Pavilion, EGAT showcased key innovations including the Utility Green Tariff (UGT) for industries seeking 100% renewable electricity, and Small
Modular Reactor (SMR) technology as a future clean-power option. The showcase reaffirmed Thailand’s potential as a regional leader in clean energy and its commitment to contributing to global climate solutions.
