The 39th Phra Nakhon Khiri – Mueang Phet Festival 2026 will take place from 20 February to 1 March 2026 at Phra Nakhon Khiri (Khao Wang) and nearby areas across Phetchaburi Province.

Held under the theme “The Heavenly Palace of Phra Nakhon Khiri: The Jewel of Siam,” the festival aims to honor all Thai monarchs, promote historical tourism, and elevate Phetchaburi as an internationally recognized creative city.

This year’s program features 10 grand royal tribute parades, each beautifully portraying stories from different historical periods. Pre-festival ceremonial activities will be held on 6 February 2026, including a city pillar shrine worship ceremony, Buddhist chanting rituals, and tribute rites at royal monuments, all conducted to bring prosperity and auspiciousness to the event.

The festival will be staged on a grand scale at the Phra Nakhon Khiri National Museum, the King Mongkut Memorial Park, and surrounding areas. The event is supported by a 10-million-baht provincial development budget, ensuring its status as a prestigious national annual festival.

Visitors and tourists are invited to immerse themselves in the rich history, cultural heritage, and pride of Phetchaburi throughout 10 days and 10 nights of celebrations.
