“eatsHUB” is a Thai food delivery platform that emerged from a collaboration between the public and private sectors to respond to the growing demand in the food delivery market. It aims to support vendors and consumers with a platform that has a low service fee of about 8-10% and offers comprehensive services, from small restaurants to street food. Users can order food through Line@ or a Call Center, making access to services even more convenient. “eatsHUB” aims to be a national platform that can compete with foreign platforms by focusing on support for small and micro businesses, effectively meeting the needs of consumers and vendors while also creating opportunities for local businesses and Thai startups.
“eatsHUB” is therefore a good example of the integration between business and society, supporting the growth of Thai businesses to effectively compete with foreign platforms.
