“Durian”

has become one of the most popular fruits among Chinese consumers in recent years compared to all imported fruits because “Durian” is the king of sweet and fragrant fruits (Some say it smells strong). It’s true that durian is a fruit that has a lot of sugar. If consumed in excess, it may lead to weight gain, but if eaten in moderation, there are benefits such as

1. Feel relaxed and happy Durian contains tryptophan, an amino acid, and serotonin that makes your brain feel relaxed and happy.

2. Control blood pressure It is true that durian can help regulate blood as it is a source of potassium that helps maintain blood pressure levels, but it must be eaten in moderation.

         Over 90,000 tonnes of durian were imported by Chongqing Hongjiu Fruit Co., a significant Chinese fruit supplier, in 2021, making up nearly 10% of all durian imported into China over the previous 10 months of this year. Chongqing’s international trade volume reaches 689 billion yuan (approximately 3.4 trillion baht), an increase of 7.2 percent year-on-year from last year.
