The service is overseen by the Rajanagarindra Institute of Child and Adolescent Mental Health. The hotline is managed by a multidisciplinary team from the Department of Mental Health. Users can book a consultation slot via the website https://1323alltime.camri.go.th. A psychotherapist will then call them at the scheduled time, starting from the first slot at 8.30 a.m. to the last slot at 9.30 p.m. Please note that registration on the website must be confirmed within 24 - 48 hours prior.
