Fees and Procedures for Phytosanitary Certification Inspection and Issuance for Air Export and On-site Inspection

The procedure for inspecting and issuing phytosanitary certificates for air exports and on-site inspections is as follows:

  • Document verification
    • The applicant submits a phytosanitary Certificate Application (Form Por Kor 7) with all the correct and complete documents.
    • Officials check the completeness and correctness of the documents according to item 1.
  • Consideration procedure - Commodity/Other Standards Inspection Officials inspect the quantity of goods and randomly sample plants for pest inspection according to the import country's regulations. Then, officials inspect for pests and write an inspection report. Afterwards, officials print the phytosanitary Certificate.
  • Signing/Committee Resolution
    • The authorized person signs the phytosanitary Certificate.
    • Officials notify the applicant to pay the fee.

Fees:

  1. Phytosanitary Certificate 100 Baht
  2. Substitute phytosanitary Certificate 50 Baht
  3. Overtime fee for officials working outside office hours

Note: Overtime fees for officials working on public holidays, outside office hours, or off-premises:

  • On public holidays, off-premises, including travel time, is calculated at 150 Baht per person for the first hour and 50 Baht per person for subsequent hours.
  • Outside office hours, off-premises, including travel time, is calculated at 150 Baht per person for the first hour and 50 Baht per person for subsequent hours.
  • Off-premises, during office hours, the first hour is calculated at 120 Baht per person, and subsequent hours are calculated at 40 Baht per person.
  • Vehicle fees according to the Plant Quarantine Act 1964 and its amendments (pay as actually paid).
