The criteria for applying for a certificate for the export of hybrid plants are as follows:
Steps and timeframes for the process are:
1. Verification of document completeness
1.1 The applicant submits a request form for a certificate to export hybrid plants listed in the annex to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), electronically or in person, with all supporting documents complete and correct.
1.2 The officer verifies that the documents are complete and correct, and accepts the application.
2. Verification of product standards/Other
The officer inspects the plants to ensure they match the certification request and considers issuing the certificate.
3. Signing/Committee resolution
3.1 The authorized person signs the certificate.
3.2 The officer informs the applicant to pay the fee.
The fee for each certificate is 100 Baht per certificate.
