Documentation required for the notification of shipping or transporting transformed fossils that are not found in Thailand, out of the Kingdom

     The process of providing notification for shipping or transporting fossils, or transformed fossils that are not found within the Kingdom out of the Kingdom, requires certain supporting documentation. These documents must be submitted to the Director-General of the Department of Mineral Resources as follows:

  1. National Identification Card (1 original copy) or any other government-issued identification card containing the ID number of the applicant or the representative of a juristic person.
  2. House Registration Document (1 original copy) or any other documents that specify the domicile of the notifier or the representative of a juristic person.
  3. Certificate of Juristic Person (1 copy) with a signed endorsement of the copy, along with the company's stamp.
  4. List of fossils being imported into the Kingdom (1 original copy) or transformed fossils, or those modified into different forms, imported into the Kingdom.
  5. Power of Attorney (1 original copy), in case of delegation, a power of attorney document should be presented along with the affixed stamp duty.
  6. Information about the source of the fossils being imported into the Kingdom (if available) (1 original copy).
  7. Evidence of the sale or purchase of fossils (if available) (1 copy), signed endorsement of the copy along with the company's stamp if applicable.
  8. Goods Transport Invoice (if available) (1 copy), signed endorsement of the copy along with the company's stamp if applicable.
  9. Permit to transport fossils out of the country (if available) (1 copy), signed endorsement of the copy along with the company's stamp if applicable.
