For those intending to export fertilizer outside the Kingdom, the necessary documents for obtaining a certification are as follows:
- A fertilizer export notification form according to the 1975 Fertilizer Act, amended by the 2007 Fertilizer Act (No. 2) (Form Nor Khor 1) (original 1 copy).
- An outbound goods transportation document with a tax invoice showing Value Added Tax (VAT) details (original 1 copy).
- Fertilizer registration certificate (original 1 copy), Chemical Fertilizer Nutrient Certificate (Por Sor 2) for chemical fertilizers, Organic Fertilizer (Tor Oor 3) for organic fertilizers, and Biological Fertilizer (Tor Chor 3) for biofertilizers.
- Fertilizer export license (Nor Por 1) (original 1 copy).
- Fertilizer export declaration form (Sor Por 2) (original 1 copy).
- A power of attorney in case of acting on behalf (original 1 copy) detailing the scope of duties, affixed with a 10 Baht stamp for single use or 30 Baht for a 1-year validity. Every copy of documents must be certified as a true copy, with a copy of the ID card of the authorizer.
- Commercial Invoice or price list of the goods for sale (original 1 copy).
- Packing List (original 1 copy).
Procedures and Timeframes:
- 1. Verification of document completeness:
- The applicant submits a fertilizer export notification form along with correct and complete supporting documents.
- The officer checks the application form and accompanying documents, records the information, and acknowledges the fertilizer export notification.
- The applicant coordinates with the relevant departments, prepares the product container and/or the product for inspection.
- The officer checks and ensures the product's accuracy according to the fertilizer export license.
- The officer stamps and signs the approval for the goods to pass through the checkpoint.
