Documentation for requesting permission to shoot Thai films in a national park, and animals will be brought into the filming

     Filming in areas involving government and private property requires permission, which may vary depending on the location, including filming in national parks, especially if the production team intends to use animals in the filming process.

     The term "film" refers to recording images, still photographs, videos, or other recordings using tools or equipment, including feature films, documentaries, commercials, and television programs, but does not include films taken by tourists for personal or family use. In addition, live streaming or YouTube videos that are not for personal or family use but are used for commercial purposes require permission to film in national parks, following the National Park Act, B.E. 2504 (1961), and the Department of National Parks, Wildlife, and Plant Conservation Regulations on filming in national parks 1979. The permission process and supporting documents for filming in the national park area are as follows:

1. Certificate of a juristic person:

8. A set design or scene sample (1 original copy) specifying details of the location where the scene is constructed, including the blueprint and specific details of which scene is used in the attached screenplay;

9. Storyboard, plays, screenplays, or program scripts that will be filmed in the park;
