To perform Customs clearance for exportation by sea freight, exporters will receive Export Declaration form 101/1 (กศก 101/10), which is a document containing information about the goods, such as type, volume, gross weight, net weight, and price; they will also receive the Export Control form, which is a document controlling containers or vessels used for transportation. Enterprises/ exporters who wish to revise the Export Declaration and Export Control should follow these steps:
1. If the Export Control form does not match with the system at the loading area, the shipping agent/ freight forwarder may revise the documents themselves;
2. If the Export Control form matches with the system, the ship agent/ freight forwarder needs to submit a request form to the Customs officer in order to revise the documents under the following topics:
If the shipping agent/ freight forwarder does not submit the form for a revision, the goods in the container will not be recorded into the system;
3. If some information in the Export Declaration needs to be revised after goods are exported – such as (a) returned goods or cancellation, or (b) short packing – but the data was not submitted to be amended in the system within 10 days from the issuing date of Export Control, the Customs officer will consider them case by case. If there is a problem with the license, take the license to the Customs service at the departure port within 15 days from the issuing date of Export Control. Other amendments after export will be considered case by case.
