Required documents for Export Declaration

  • Invoice;
  • Packing list;
  • Permission form (in case of restricted or controlled goods).

Data can be submitted to the system by four means, as follows:

  • Done themselves by exporters who have already registered with Thai Customs to perform Customs clearance;

  • By a service counter;
  • Exporters may submit the Export Declaration (paper form) attached with a cover page at the Customs House.
