Receiving goods from customs bond via e-Import

When goods are imported into Thailand via e-Import and then released from customs bond, the type, quality, volume, weight, HS code, and tax expense shown in Import Entry are regarded as valid. Before receiving goods from the TG or BFS warehouse, importers must inspect all documents and ensure that the goods and Import Entry information match.
There are two cases of receiving goods from customs bond via e-Import: (1) Green Line and (2) Red Line.
After Customs clearance is done, importers or Customs brokers have to check the name of the Customs officer who will release the goods with the head of the department or a person in charge. Finally, if the assigned officer finds no irregularities, he/she will record the data in the system. Then, the  warehouse staff will be notified. Importers or Customs brokers may contact the TG or BFS warehouse staff to receive the goods.
Before warehouse staff record the goods as “Customs Permit,” the Import Entry status is 0309. After “Customs Permit” is recorded in the system, the Import Entry status will change to 0409.
