Golf: Sports Soft Power
For many years, golf has been considered a popular sport for some of the leading people in societies all over the world. Having a world-class golf course and a pleasant ambiance is what draws many golfers to Thailand and makes it a sport tourism destination. Most recently, a significant golf tournament, the DP World Tour Golf Tournament, the “Thailand Classic 2023,” returned to Thailand for the first time since 2016, along with the announcement of the list of players who will compete in the Thailand Classic 2023. The DP World Tour “Thailand Classic 2023” will be held on 16-19 February 2023 at Amata Spring Country Club.
