Those wishing to request an extension for the period of deploying job seekers to work abroad, in cases where applications are filed at the provincial employment office where the permit recipient has established their office, must adhere to the following criteria and conditions:

  1. If the permit recipient is unable to send the authorized job seekers to work abroad within the time frame stipulated by the permit letter, they must request an extension of the deployment period, attaching the permit letter, to the Director before the expiration date of the permit.
