Issuance of travel document for aliens (T.D.)

Aliens listed below are eligible to apply for travel documents:

1. Aliens who are granted permanent residence in Thailand and have been denied a passport or travel document by their own government;

2. Stateless persons staying in Thailand;

3. Aliens who are granted permanent residence in Thailand under a special ten-million-baht investment program.

Documents required are as follows: 

1. An application form completely filled out; 

2. A certificate of alien;

3. A house registration;

4. A certificate of residence (if any);

5. Previous travel document for alien (if any); 

6. Letter from the Ministry of Interior in case the applicant holds an identity card for non-Thai national (Pink ID card) or identity card for persons without civil registration status (White card). 

         The travel document for aliens is valid for 1 year, and the application fee is 500 baht. The application shall be submitted at the Department of Consular Affairs, Visa and Travel Documents Division, 3rd floor (counter number 102-109), Government Complex, Chaengwattana Road, Thung Song Hong, Laksi, Bangkok 10210.
